A charge of $995.00 annually entitles you to unlimited
support and training, phone and online appointments with the following benefits:
FREE unlimited phone support and training. Please note: Free support is not included for recovering data due to not having a good back up available. If you need
suggestions for ensuring good back up protocols, please call.
FREE unlimited
"Go to Meeting" online training seminars and individual
consultations. (high-speed access required)
FREE import and conversions for updates and upgrades to Easy Billing Professional for under 20,000 claims, larger files than 20,000 please call for a quote.
Upgrade and update prices with new features are announced.
FREE Training and
support appointments through remote connection using Go to Assist, Go to Meeting, PCAnywhere,
Remote Dial-Up, etc..

trainings and support for most aspects of using Easy
Billing software.
