Easy Billing Gold At $1199.00 Gold starts with 1 provider, electronic billing capability and includes the first year limited agreement. Great for the single doctor or therapist who will not compromise quality in their accounts receivable system and knows that insurance billing needs to be easy. Gold is usually used by a smaller volume office with a lower percentage of accounts receivables. Gold is a complete billing package with many reports, statements, letters, lists labels and so much more.

Easy Billing Gold Deluxe A package at $1799.00 which includes 5 providers, electronic billing capability and the first year limited agreement. Gold Deluxe has all the features of Gold plus the ability to:

View and work onto the CMS 1500 form.

You can at any time see the claim information on the red CMS 1500 form. If any changes need to be made simply click on the form to make and save the new information.

Easy Billing Platinum Only $3995.00 includes 5 providers, electronic billing and networking capability for 2 stations. Platinum also includes the first year unlimited agreement. Platinum has all the features of Gold and Gold Deluxe but because of Platinum's expanded payments and reporting capbability it is most often the choice for single or multi-provider offices that are 60% or more insurance billing based or those doing at home medical billing and larger medical billing services.

Batch Payments.

Applying payments through this system is 75% faster and gives you the ability to apply large insurance checks to several patients, zero payments, insurance take backs, negative payments and negative adjustments.

Aging Report with custom searching.

These reports give you the ability to search for aged information based on specific invoices, patients, insurance companies and more. Once the information is gathered you can simply print 30 - 60 - 90 and 120 day aging reports or go to an aging work sheet to do follow up on your claims.

Small balance write off's.

After entering a specific small balance amount you can instantly write off all account balances.

Collections

A great and simple approach to collections. You can mark your claims for collections and create reports for worksheets or sending to a collection agency.

Simple Customization

With high speed access we offer dial in service to make changes to your Easy Billing Platinum program. Some of the changes are removing or adding fields off layouts, removing fields on reports such as tax, putting your logo on reports and statements etc.

New or re-doing reports is not offered with Platinum, but is available with Platinum +. (This type of customization is done by appointment and the charges are according to the types of reports or changes. Please understand that some new reports may not be possible.)

Easy Billing Platinum+/APEasy Merge has all the features of Platinum+. It is also available as a seamless merge to AP Easy to form a comprehensive billing system for pathologists. Networking, providers and groups are unlimited when merged with AP Easy. With Platinum+ you also have the opportunity to have some customization, new reports or changes (when possible). There is an additional charge for creating new or extensively re-doing existing reports. We will work with you and provide a quote for each report. We have found that most often the changes asked for are for simple re-arranging and there is usually not an extra charge.
